Is Luvox Effective In Treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder?

I have struggled with obsessive thoughts, ocd, social anxiety and depression since I was about 11. I have been on many different SSRIs and SNRIs. Curently, I recently restarted Zoloft 50 mg. I have read about Luvox recently for ocd and wondered if it would work better than Zoloft and if the side effects are the same. Thank you.
