Is MX3 Effective In Curing Endometriosis?

Hi, I was diagnosed with endometriosis. And says it will be hard for me to conceive. My OB advise me not to have an operation as it may affect remaining normal ovarian tissue. Can MX3 help cure my endometriosis? What shall I do to be able to get pregnant? Please Help.
