Is Melacare Forte Cream Safe And Good For The Skin?

Hi Doctor, Recently i have starte using Melacare forte cream... after few days i can see small pimple on my fore head... is this because of the cream, should i have stop this cream. melacare cream was suggested by my friend... he started using it a week early when i started using it. But he has got a very magical whitening skin now... where in with me the skin looks like reddish till now with slow whitening.... But my question how safe and good for skin if i want to stop after sometime?
