Is Melalite XL Effective In Removing Dark Patches On Cheeks?

Hello doctor. I had mild type of dark patches on my cheeks, but now due to long sun exposure it is being darkened day by day... i want to clear it now. A friend of mine has suggested me to use Melalite XL . Is it good for me to use it. If yes then how and when to use and for how many days??? Please kindly answer my question. Thank you.
