Is Meprate The Right Medication To Remove The Cyst In Left Ovary?

i am 44 years old , i got my last period on 21 Feb and when i went to the doctor scan was taken and saidin the left ovary there i s a cyst measuring 5.6/5.4/3.7, and gave meprate for 3 days and after getting period to start the same tablet for 20 days to do the scan to check the size of the cyst. the doctor said it may reduce in size with the medicine.
