Is Migraine Related With Neck Pain And Breathing Issues?

I have been suffering from headache from last 5 years, I got treatment of migrane but due to some critical personal affairs my treatment was stopped. Now I feel unconsciousness 24 hrs. and feel problem in breathing also. I am suffering from neck pain also from back side. Doctors are not able to identitfy what is my problem. Can you tell me what is the problem with me?
