Is Migraine Related With Swelling, Headache And Ear Pain?

Hi, I m 30 yrs and married woman. I m a CFA and have been working in a Investment company. I m suffering from Swelling on head since last 6 months. Whenever swelling happens, I also feel fever, headache and weakness at that time. Sometime i have pain in ear. I consulted dr and he told me that i have Migrain. But i have heard that there is only headache in Migrain and not any swelling. Dr. told me that my life is stressful and that's why i feel this problems. Please you suggest me that is there any other problem to me? To whom i should consult? is there a requirement of CT Scan?
