Is Misoprostol Safe To Take Vaginally For The Second Time?

My Dr. prescribed me Misoprostol (Cytotec) to cause me to have a miscarriage. I took a dose of 800 Micrograms orally yesterday morning at 7am. It is now 25 hours later and nothing has happened. My Dr. did give me a refill of the prescription, is it safe to take a second dose of 800 micrograms? I plan to take vaginally this time. Thank you.
