Is Nebivolol Advisable For Premature Ventricular Contractions?

My doctor has determined that I have PVC today and since I have had several palpations recently and I have high blood pressure he has recommended bystolic( nebivolol) to ease the palpations and help with the blood pressure issue. I have been researching the side effects of the drug and wonder how often these occur and what I might expect in the way of side effects. I was formally using Avapro 300mg and got along fine.
