Is Nexito 10mg Safe For Anxiety?

Hi , I am a 27 year old female. I have an anxiety issue that sometimes it becomes really impossible for me to control. At the same time I feel hopeless and feel like giving up everything. It seems like I am not happy from career perspective as well as personal life. I have never consulted any psychiatrist, but I came to know through a common friend that Nexito 10 is good for anxiety treatment. Should I take this or am I just over thinking? I have no idea. Please help.
