Is Nyquil Advisable For Sinus Infection And Asthma?

I am having a really difficult time sleeping. I was prescribed lorazapam which I only take when Im desperate. To add insult to injury, I am also suffering from a sinus infection and a very bad cold. I also have asthma which has been kicking up. I m so so tired. The lorazapam is not doing anything, Can I take a dose of nyquil?
