Is Opana An Effective Substitute For Dilaudid?

I have been taking 8mg dilaudid 1 to 2 tablets 4 times daily for several years. It seems that my pharmacy is having a difficulty getting Dilaudid or Hydromorphone, MSIR was of no help. I am going to talk to my Dr. tis afternoon and was wondering if Opana would be a good substitute for my usual Dilaudid and in what stranth for breakthrough pain. Thank You, Scott Lee Scent
