Is PCOS Curable, And Is Gynovit Syrup For 3 Months Enough To Manage It?

Hi doctor, I m Abirami my scanning states that I have a syndrome of pco, the size of both the ovaries is increased. Is this curable??. My doctor has prescribed Gynovit syrup fo 3 months. Is that enough to recover from it? What is the permanent solution? Kindly guide me
