Is PCOS, Related With Black Vaginal Discharge?

hi i am 20years old. i haven't had a period in 10months. i believe i have PCOS, but i really don't know. I haven't been to the doctor because i'm not covered. But for last 4day i have had a black thick discharge . I have never been on the pill. And i haven't had sex in 3years.
