Is Paxil Used To Treat Dysautonomia And POTS? I Have

Is Paxil used to treat Dysautonomia and POTS? I have heard it can help control tachycardia while not lowering BP as beta blockers do. I am currently taking Nadolol, Midodrine and Mestinon but my EP doesn't like Midodrine so is weaning me off. I had an allergic reaction to Florinef. Thank you
