Is Pharmapress 10 Mg The Same As Prexum 4 Mg?

Hi, I used to take 1 Prexum 4mg per day for high blood pressure. At my last visit to my doctor he informed me that my blood pressure was normal. As renewal for my prescription he prescribed Pharmapress 10mg. What I would like to know ,is whether the Prexum 4mg is the equivalent of the Pharmapress 10mg? Or, should I only take half a tablet per day
