Is Ponstan Safe For Fever And Ear Infection In A Child?

My baby 2 year old have ear indaction, temperature 39,8-40! First we give him paracetamol 250 suspension,after 2 hours stay same temperature, then we give nurofen syrop 2,5 ml! After 2 hours nathing change 39.9!(ear thermometer) Must I give him Ponstan ? How many ml for 13 kg!? Thanks
