Is Primolut Safe In Early Pregnancy, And What Should I Do After Spotting And An Ultrasound Showing Early Pregnancy?

Hello. Please I experienced spotting after 10days of no period and I got a position on the strip. The ultrasound sound shows early cyesis with no gestational age. I was placed on primolut depot 500mg first and then 250mg every 3days. Is primolut safe in early pregnancy? I used duphaston last year but still miscarried what is your advice please
