Is Proluton Depot Injection Necessary For Twins Pregnancy In The Fourth Month?

Did 4th month of twins pregnancy required proluton depot 20ml injection.most of websites telling that it is not required for twin pregnancy.can you help me to understand which is better.my doc suggested me to take in every 15days.but this is my 1st pregnancy.so I m confused whether it is good to take or not
