Is Qlaira Contraceptive Pill Ideal With No Side Effects?

Hi, i need to try a new contraceptive pill. I'm overweight so don't want one that will increase appetite or retain fluid. I also get migraines and skin break outs and mood swings on my current pill. ive heard about a new one called qlaira or something like that and wonder if i should try it
