Is RBBB A Serious Concern When QRS Has Been Increasing For Over 3 Months?

Hello doctor I m 23 years old 3 months back i experienced chest pains so I went to cardiologist the ecg came normal with wrs duration 98ms after 2 months again with chest pains i went to doctor then the results came normal ecg with incomplete rbbb and qrs duration 108 ms. 2d echo came normal doctor Said normal he didn t mentioned about irbbb. Is there any serious issue with irbbb and also my qrs duration increased within 3 months . Will it increase in future? Lastly can i lead normal life with irbbb and what is life expectancy with irbbb
