Is Ribofirin/Interferon, Effective For HCV+ In Post Kidney Transplant Patients?

Hi I am Narmadha from chennai working for TCS. 11 yrs back i undergone Kidney Transplantation and till now I am taking Azoran,wysolone,Depin , but @ 2001 they identified HCV+. But till now nephorologiest are telling there is no treatment for HCV+ for a post kidney transplant patient with HCV+ pblm. Is it True. Can I not take Ribofirin or Inteferon?? If it will not work what will be the soln. Can I get married. will it get transmitted to my husband and child. Pls advise
