Is SGOT 81U/L, Cholesterol 190mg/dl And Cholesterol HDL Ration 3.46 Normal?

I recently went through Annual Health check up wherein some of the test results seem alarming. Could you please help me in understanding the complications involved as well as further steps to be taken? AST(SGOT), SERUM - 81U/L(Ref - ALT(SGPT), SERUM - 27 U/L(Reg - VLDL Cholesterol - 50.64 mg/dL; Cholesterol Total - 190 mg/dL; Triglyeceride - 95 mg/dL; HDL - 54.95 mg/dL; LDL - 84.41 mg/dL; Cholesterol: HDL ratio - 3.46.
