Is Sea Salt Scrub Advisable For Dark Spots On Knees And Under Arms?

So I found a product for under arms and knees dark spots in the form of a sea salt scrub. It has fine dead sea salt, licorice, kojic acid, arbutin, lemon, aloe vera, sweet almond oil, coconut oil and jojoba oil. Does this sound like a great product to use. I don't really know about the ingredients are they good for these issues?
