Is Shatavari Root Powder Advisable During Pregnancy?

I had been trying to get pregnant for 2.5 years with no luck. My mother suggested taking organic shatavari root powder with milk twice a day. I got pregnant the very first month of taking it. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and still taking it. I m afraid if I stop, I will lose the baby. Is it okay to stop taking it, or should I continue throughout the entire pregnancy?
