Is Siocare Required To Treat Vaginal Spotting?

For past 4 months I found spotting on first day and no bleeding till my second day of the period, again it starts from 3rd day and it lasts for 3 days.. Why so? Doctor from my place suggest me to take SIOCARE. Can I start taking the pill or its quite normal??
