Is Sudocrem Safe On Stretched Ears?

Sudocrem on stretched ears? Just stretched my ears from 16g to 8g (big jump, I know) they aren t infected or anything. They are just healing. My ears were pretty soar and consistantly created gunk . Which is completely normal. I used sudocrem to somewhat sooth and heal my ears somewhat faster than using nothing at all. Just wanted to make sure that this was an okay product to use on my ears
