Is Sumatriptan Advisable For Headaches And Nausea?

I take 60 mg vyvanse have had bad headache and nausea last couple days so I have some sumatriptan if I spelled it correctly for migraines but haven t taken for long time. Is it ok to take I really need to see if it will help if it s ok, smell is making me sick, thought of food making me sick. Thank you .
