Is TB Medication Needed For Small Patches Of TB On Uterus And PCOS?

Hi.I am 29 years and was diagnosed with PCOD 8 months ago and started taking my med.During HSG, my right tube was diagnosed as blocked. I had my laproscopy done last sunday and thankfully my tubes are fine but the doc said she saw small patches of TB on my uterus.We have given the sample for biopsy and teh result is awaited.However my doc is insisting that we start 6 mnth TB course even if the result comes negative. I want to ask can doctor see TB during laproscopy and trust there gut feeling over the test report..I have no weight loss or pain or irregular periods..Should i start the medicine?
