Is Torodol Shot Effective In Treatment Of Back And Neck Pain?

Hello. I was in an auto accident approximately 2 wks ago. I saw my PC Doc 2 days later for neck and back pain. He gave me a shot of Torodol and sent me on my way with muscle relaxers and Ibuprofen. My symptoms have not improved much and I am now experiencing numbness and pain in my right ear along with severe headaches that last for 10 to 45 seconds. I called the nurse hotline provided by my medical insurer. They said it will be several weeks before I will get better. They also suggested a chiropractor. Do you agree?
