Is Tretiva Advisable While Planning For Parenthood?

Hi My name is srinivas, i am married, i was consulted dermitologist for my severe seborrhea & Acne Vulgaris for that doctor prescribed me TRETIVA 10mg which is Isotretnoin.My question is i am planning for children is that is safe for male sperms for child or any birth defects will occurs.let me know that fact.
