Is Ultram Given In Case Of Ovarian Cysts?

My doctor just yesterday dignosed me with ovarian sisk on both sides of my ovaries . IT makes me really itchy down there and i have bad abdomal cramps they perscribed me Ultram 50 mg for the pain but my question is will i have to get these surgically removed will they cause cancer and can i ever get pregent?
