Is Urea 20 And Propysalic NF Right Medication For Growing Black Mole On Cheek?

My mother has black mole on cheek that seems to be growing. Dermatologist suggested Urea 20 and Propysalic NF. That is just for topical relief right? I would like recommendation for a reliable dermatologist in the Hoogly, West Bengal, India area.
