Is Urea Cream Good For Nail Fungus?

I believe I have a severe nail fungus that has plagued me for years. I have given up on the medicines and hoped it would go away on it s own. I decided to try Urea Cream, which I was prescribed a while back, again. Is this a good way to go for this problem?
