Is Vertin 16 Right Medication For Severe Dizziness And Vertigo?

I have severe dizziness and vertigo , and have been taking vertin16 since 2 yrs not regularly but whenever it occurs . I got my MRI also done (2 yrs back) and other General tests but result was normal except for vitamin D deficiency and thyroid ( thyroid is also not more , my recent check revealed that it is 5.75 and vitamin D is 28 ) the cause of my dizziness and vertigo is not yet been diagonised , neurologist told that it is BPV (positional vertigo ) and prescribed vertin 16 2 yrs back but it is occurring often . I take vertin16 whenever it occurs , it used to give me relief but nowadays I am not getting the relief , I am really worried Because I feel very uneasy and cannot concentrate on my regular activities . Please help me and guide me on how to go about it
