Is Zerodol Advisable For Severe Lower Back Pain?

i have very severe lower back pain...it started suddenly two days ago and about an hour ago it got so severe, i cannot speak or laugh properly. I went to a pharmacy and the pharmacist prescribed zerodol. My question is how effective is this tablet and what is it normally used for?
