Is Zopiclone Advisable As A Sleeping Aid?

Hi! I have trouble sleeping and never tried any sleeping pills all my life but started taking in zopiclone since last night. Am glad i did for I sleep well. Is zopiclone alright to take for a first timer like? Thanks and your feedback is highly appreciated.
