Is A 28-day Negative 4th Generation CMIA HIV Test Conclusive, And Could Low Energy And Muscle Ache Be Unrelated To HIV?

Sir my report after 28 days of exposure 0.06 cmia test at lal path lab .I am felling weak day by day.all timing I am thinking about hiv only I am loosing weight also my energy is down,muscle aches feeling of lymph nodes .is this test is conclusive as 28 days negative on 4 th generation test is .conclusive???please suggest me good answer to remove my fear
