Is A 4th Generation HIV CLIA-method Test At 24 Days After Receiving An Unprotected Fellatio Conclusive?

Hey, i wanted to know if my test is conclusive or not? My exposure was that I received an unprotected blowjob ( insertive oral sex) and nothing else. 24 days after exposure I tested for: 4th generation hiv lab test which was hiv 1&2 antibody & p24 ag lab test CLIA methodology ( blood drawn from vein). My result was Do I need further testing or I am safe?
