Is A 4thgen Hiv Test Conclusive At 22 Weeks Conclusive

Is a 4thgen hiv test conclusive at 22 weeks conclusive after unprotected vaginal sex?
-I had hiv 1+2 ab screen at 3weeks after exposure negative
-At 4 weeks negative,don't know the type of hiv test negative
-Alere determine Hiv 1/2 ag ab combo 7 weeks negative
- At 8, 10 weeks ,don't know hiv type negative
-At 12 weeks Alere determine Hiv 1/2Ag/ab combo negative.
-At 15 weeks 4th generation in a lab. Negative
-At 16 ,17,and19 weeks hiv test negative
I am planing to do another test at 22 weeks, Do I need further testing at 6 months? I am very worried.
Are my test accurate and reliable?
