Is A PAC The Same As A-fib?

Is a PAC/PVC the same as A-Fib? I have had EKG s that have shown both. I am having what I think is A-FIB for the past few weeks. As usual, it is not all the time, but comes in waves, whether active or at rest. I do have very poor sleep habits. I have quit smoking for the last month and cut back on caffeine. Seeing my PCP next week. No chest pain, SOB, or any other discomfort except the flutter/flubbing. Have a stressful job. Pasts treadmill, event monitor, and echocardiograms have been negative for any pathology.
