Is A TSH Level Of 4.93 High And Considered To

Is a TSH level of 4.93 high and considered to have a low thyroid? MY free t4 came back at 1.0. My doctor said my levels were normal and then referred me to sleep specialist, who diagnosed me with narcolepsy. However, I still think its my thyroid. I am constantly getting anxiety, headaches, eyes feel swollen, extreme fatigue, half the times I feel like crying because I am so frustrated with how I feel.
