Is A Big, Hard Pimple Beneath A Mole On The Cheek A Cause For Concern?

I have a mole on my cheek and recently a pimple grew right beneath the mole. Got pretty big and hard and within a few days the sz went down. It's been. 2 weeks and it's not completely gone . Should I be worried?
