Is A Dark Mole Near The Nipple Despite A Normal Mammogram A Concern?

Hello.. I have a puffy mole next to my nipple it sdark and dry. My breast is a little swollen and I have a little discomfort under my arm pit. two years ago I had a mammogram and my doctor told my not to worry about it. Im trying to get a mammogram but my insurance won t cover it. Does it sound bad.
