Is A Does Of MT Pill 600mg Advisable In Case Of Medical Abortion?

Hi we are going through a medical abortion under the guidance of a gynecologist as per the doctors recommendation my wife took ONE tab MT Pill (mifepristone) 200mg today in the afternoon and is supposed to take two tab of misoprostol 200 mcg after another ultrasound the same time after 48 hrs but all that has happened till now is that she is feeling a little uneasy and tired while researching online about the procedure i saw that the doze for MT Pill is 600mg and not 200mg now i am a bit concerned about whats going on i am sure the doctor is well read and knows what she is doing but is the dose correct ? and secondly i understand that this medicine is strong but is the tiredness and the uneasiness normal just looking for a second opinion. Kindly clarify the doubts and should i consult a second gynecologist just to make sure?
