Is A Little Knot On Head During Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?

Hi I am just about 7 weeks pregnant. Today at I work I climbed under my desk and bumped the front of my head gave myself s little knot. However I ve got an appointment tomorrow am I okay to wait til then or is this something I should be concerned about right away..?
