Is A Lung Transplant A Safe Option For My Mother With ILD, Who Has Been On Oxygen And Medication For 4 Years?

Hi Team - My mother is suffering from ILD (pulmonology), from last 4 years. I wanted an opinion on if a lung transplant is a safe option or not. She is on the following medication - Nintedanib 100 (3 times a day), pulmoclear (once day), Foracorte(nebulization twice a day) on 2.3 Ltr Oxygen 24*7.
