Is A Mobile, Rubbery Lymph Node In My Neck Likely Due To An Ear Or Sinus Infection?

Hi! So I’ve never had swollen lymph nodes before however the other morning I had woken up with a 2 cm rubbery feeling ball on the side of my neck, it is mobile however a little more rubber feeling than tender, I have been congested and feel my ear on that side has had a hard time draining... is this nothing to worry about or normal for an ear infection or sinus infection? I’ve only had it two days and it hasn’t grown any luckily but then again it’s only been two days
