Is A Non-reactive Tridot Test After 9 Months Sufficient To Confirm No HIV Or STD?

I had sex with an sex worker with Condom , And I got tested at Blood bank after 4 months they said blood is good no worries and then after 9 months again I went to lab for testing they did tridot test it s non reactive so it s negative right ? Another dought is there any chance for lab doctors doing any mistakes while performing test is there any possible of showing wrong information?
