Is A Painless Lump Near My Anus After Straining A Month Ago A Concern?

Hello Doctor, about a month ago, while passing stool, I strained too much and after stool, I felt a lump around anus. Thereafter I felt pain in anus area for next 2-3 days even while passing urine. Now I am using fibre rich food and plenty of food and it has helped me in passing stool, but that lump is still in same position, however there is no pain or itching. Kindly help.
